Secure Documents

Avoco Secure’s secure2trust application provides the following functions:

  • Protects documents and similar content so that you can:
    • Control who accesses the document
    • What they do with the content of the document after access
  • The protection is applied persistently to content, in motion, at rest and in use
  • The protection is applied in an information centric manner so that  the document itself has the protection policy as an inherent part of its structure
  • Protection policies are applied without the need for a license server

secure2trust can be used as:

  1. Standalone Application: As a standalone application on the desktop – for small install bases.
  2. Enterprise Application: As an enterprise install which includes additional functions such as document recovery, audit of protected documents, enforcement of security policies, etc.
  3. Folder Monitor: As a service that runs on, for example, a server, to automatically apply protection polices to documents.
  4. API: As an integrated component to third party applications such as enterprise content management systems, online portals, Cloud applications, virtual machines, etc. to allow the application of automated security policies on content controlled by these applications.
